About Me

I'm a Fort Worth native and busy mom to two boys. My first exposure to event planning was in 2015 when I assisted with transportation logistics for an event at my Fortune 500 company. I thrived in the chaotic atmosphere, and have been hooked ever since! 

I've had the wonderful fortune of being trained by Lori of Lori Jones Events, an iconic event planner serving Texas and beyond. I  worked as an extra set of hands at many of Lori's weddings before reluctantly agreeing to coordinate weddings for co-workers. 

After a successful trial run, and with the encouragement of other amazing women entrepreneurs, I launched Golden Hour Events to serve Fort Worth brides, grooms, political candidates, and anyone else who might find event planning and execution a daunting task.
